/I am a firm believer in embracing women empowerment and entrepreneurship. Philippines is the country with human talents over the years and continue to shine as one of the fastest growing economies in Asia.
Government support is well in place with lots of development in upcoming years as many investors are investing in the country. I was appointed as Senator of Philippines by World Business Angels Investment Forum committed to empowering the economic development of the world.
I am member of Forbes Women Forum invited by the Leader of the said organization. I was invited by GoNegosyo- Philippines Center for Entrepreneurship as Mentor and multiple global organizations that aims to acknowledge the efforts of female entrepreneurs internationally. We received numerous awards in International Finance, Leadership and Real Estate Developments.

/It is basically knowing who we are and what we want. I am always self- motivated. I value the efforts of my team and I am happy to share that Boracay Beach Inc. has recently received numerous awards as World Class Company, Elite Choice Award, International Finance Award and Ranked Number One in Philippines Investors Choice Award. These awards reflect our companies commitment in the industry. Clearly, the awards are great recognition about our companies.

/Have a positive attitude and embracing challenges need to be in one’s daily routine. If you want to be an entrepreneur, learn to capture opportunities in any given situation. Pick the right team that can bring value to the organization and make sure you inspire them; lead by example.
To be a good leader, you need to be enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and collaborative enough. Most importantly, you need to be flexible and willing to learn.
Its important to remember and focus on your true passion. Be bold. Focus your efforts on something larger than yourself. You'll come to learn the immense impact it can have on you and others.
