Following the direction of the Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency - Ministry of Industry and Trade (VIETRADE) coordinated with Ca Mau Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Province's Center (iPEC) to organize the Conference from 4th-5th December 2020:-
“Trade connection in Vietnam between suppliers of agricultural and aquatic products with export enterprises and trade promotion organizations in the southern provinces by 2020”.

/Offline at People's Committee of Ca Mau province /Online via Zoom Cloud Meeting platform
Objectives:-
/Introduce purchasing policies by representatives of distribution and retail groups in Vietnam;
/Opportunities for Vietnamese agricultural and aquatic products when exporting to some important markets such as Germany, Japan, China;
/Direct trade program between importing companies from food import markets of Vietnam, buying groups, domestic and foreign supermarkets, and foreign trade promotion organizations in Vietnam, material production and supply companies with Vietnamese manufacturing and exporting companies;
/Display area of agricultural and aquatic products, typical export food in the South

Trade Visit Ben Tre Province
Phuoc Loc International (PLI) hosted a group of Malaysian and Vietnamese delegates (Public Bank Vietnam, Halal Vietnam Center, Arch Vietnam and import-export trading companies) in Ho Chi Minh City for official trade visit to Ben Tre Province on 19th November 2020.
The delegates had meeting with Heads of Department in Ben Tre from Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Industry and Trade, Ben Tre Province's Industrial Parks Management Board, Ben Tre Province Investment Promotion and Startup Center.
Both sides had fruitful discussion on Investment Law, Halal Certification, Investment within Industrial Park, financial support for new investors/ SMEs in Ben Tre as well as establishing branch of designated bank in Ben Tre.
Potential products in Ben Tre province readily for export to Malaysia are such as coconut, green skin Pomelo and marine shrimp.
After the meeting, all Delegates had lunch with Head of Departments followed by site visits to Industrial Park and local companies.
